International School Award 2018 – 2021
The 1st Special Education Primary School of Korydallos has been accredited, for the second time, with the British Council International School Award-Full Accreditation, a prestigious international award which recognizes schools that have excelled in the area of international learning.
Our coordinator is Ms Mourelatou Stamoula made a detailed report of the activities that took place in the school with the cooperation of the educational staff and the activities that were done with the collaboration of our partner school from Spain and submitted the plan of activities which was reviewed and approved.
Our school is cooperating with CEE Can Rigol which is located in El Prat de Llobregat, a small province of Barcelona, Spain and is a public special educational institution for SEN pupils aged from 3 to 21 years old. The Spanish coordinator is Mr Rodrigo Amado Fafian.
The accreditation has a three year duration, covering the academic years 2018-2019, 2019-2020 and 2020-2021. It is presented to each winning school with a certificate.
The British Council informed us:

The International School Award accreditation has been reviewed and acknowledged by the Greek Ministry of Education and has a three year duration, covering the academic years 2018-2019, 2019-2020 and 2020-2021. It is presented to each winning school with a certificate which will very soon be ready to be posted to you.
