Το λογότυπο σχεδίασε η μαθήτρια της Α’ Τάξης του σχολείου μας, Ρεγγίνα Καδδίτη, και ψηφίστηκε από τους μαθητές όλων των εταιρικών χωρών ως το λογότυπο του project.

Σύντομη περιγραφή
Το έργο στοχεύει στην προώθηση της ισότητας των φύλων και στην ενδυνάμωση των μαθητριών ώστε να κάνουν ένα αποφασιστικό και σταθερό βήμα στην κοινωνία και την αγορά εργασίας. Συνδέεται με τον Στόχο 5 από τους 17 Στόχους Βιώσιμης Ανάπτυξης: «Επίτευξη ισότητας των φύλων και ενδυνάμωση όλων των γυναικών και των κοριτσιών». Μέσω ιστορικής έρευνας, οι μαθητές θα μάθουν για τη συμβολή των γυναικών στην ευρωπαϊκή ιστορία ανά τους αιώνες. Θα επικεντρωθούν στα δικαιώματα των γυναικών και στα στερεότυπα που έχουν διαμορφώσει το φύλο τους και τις διαφορές των φύλων τους, όσον αφορά την εργασία, τις αμοιβές, τις συνθήκες εργασίας, τους διαφορετικούς πολιτισμούς και τις θρησκείες. Θα εξερευνήσουν την πορεία της ενδυνάμωσης των γυναικών στην Ευρώπη. Θα συναντήσουν σημαντικές Ευρωπαίες γυναίκες της εποχής μας που ακολουθούν καριέρα στην πολιτική, την επιστήμη και την επιχειρηματικότητα. Θα επικεντρωθούν σε σημαντικές γυναίκες από τη χώρα τους και ιδιαίτερα από την πόλη τους και θα διερευνήσουν τη θέση και τη μεταχείριση των γυναικών στην αγορά εργασίας στη χώρα τους σήμερα. Μέσα από διάφορες δραστηριότητες, έρευνα και συνεντεύξεις, οι μαθητές θα συνειδητοποιήσουν τη σημασία και την αξία του να είσαι γυναίκα και Ευρωπαίος πολίτης.
Short description
The project aims to promote gender equality and empower female students to take a decisive and stable step in society and the labor market. It is linked to Goal 5 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals: “Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.” Through historical research, students will learn about the contribution of women to European history throughout the centuries. They will focus on women’s rights and the stereotypes that have shaped their gender and their gender differences, in terms of jobs, pay, working conditions, different cultures and religions. They will explore the path of women’s empowerment in Europe. They will meet important European women of our time who are pursuing careers in politics, science and entrepreneurship. They will focus on important women from their country and especially from their city and will explore the position and treatment of women in the labor market in their country today. Through various activities, research and interviews, students will realize the importance and value of being a woman and a European citizen.

On Friday 27.02.2026 2nd On line discussion with MEP Eleonora Meleti
eTwinning Group and EPAS of the 2nd GEL Aliveiou participated in the successful online action co-organized by the GEL of Pastras, GEL of Lousika, GEL of Klitoria and the 4th GEL of Mytilene with the keynote speaker MEP Eleonora Meleti and the topic: “Human Rights – Misinformation – Hate Rhetoric”. The students had the opportunity to participate in a constructive dialogue and cultivate the values of respect, responsibility and active citizenship.
On Tuesday 03 March, 2026 at 11:00 to 12:00, on the occasion of the participation of the 2nd GEL Aliveriou in the European program EPAS (European Parliament Ambassador Schools) we held an online meeting at school with the MEP Mrs. Elena Kountoura on the topic of gender equality. The discussion, which was held in Greek, was also attended by the etwinning group of our school and of the 3rd GEL N. Heraklion, Attica, with their coordinator teacher Stavriana Subassi.
On Thursday, February 19, 2026, 10:30-12:00, Ms. Stella Kasdagli, Co-Founder, Head of Research Programs & Strategic Partnerships of the WHEN Group, held an experiential workshop at the 2nd General Lyceum of Aliveri on the occasion of our school’s participation in the project “School without stereotypes – All powerful, all equal”, within the framework of the European eTwinning projects “Women in progress: Empowering Girls, Shaping Futures” and EPAS that are implemented in our school. The students, divided into 5 groups, collaborated, discussed various cases of stereotypes and presented their results and alternative proposals to their classmates. Our school was among the 10 selected by the WHEN Group for the action between February-June 2026, with the aim of empowering students to be critical of stereotypes and act as agents of change.
