1. Foster a Positive School Culture:

• Encourage kindness, empathy, and positive relationships among students and staff.
2. Prioritize Mental Health:
• Implement programs that focus on mental health awareness and provide resources for students to seek help.
• Train staff to recognize signs of distress and offer appropriate support to students in need.
3. Promote Physical Activity:
• Encourage regular physical activity by providing opportunities for sports, exercise, and movement breaks.
• Offer a range of activities that cater to different interests and abilities.
4. Encourage Healthy Eating Habits:
