Erasmus+, Timisoara 2nd day at school, Scoala Gimnaziala Nr. 6

At school, the students were involved in activities about emotions and managing conflicts. They also designed the flags of the two collaborating countries by sewing, and then they had sports time in the yard. We had lunch at school and then took the tram to the Cathedral Museum, where we learned some information about the cathedral. Our next educational stop was at the Revolution Memorial. We learned about the historical events that took place in Timisoara, and more generally in Romania, in December 1989. In the afternoon, we had some free time.

Erasmus+, Timisoara 5-5-26, Mediation scenario

Timisoara, Romania – our first Erasmus+ destination.

The subject of our project is the democratic climate at school. We had prepared some joint activities for the class, and they took place today at school, Scoala Gimnaziala Nr. 6 Timisoara. At the beginning, we presented a mediation scenario. Christiana and Anestis were the mediators, while Paschalis and Sophia were the two students involved in the conflict and decided to manage the situation through mediation. Mediation is a peaceful way to manage conflicts. When two students have an argument, they can choose to manage this situation through mediation. In mediation, there are two mediators who ask questions about the facts, the emotions, and the thoughts behind the facts. They try to put the students in each other’s position so they can understand and empathize with one another. Finally, they ask the students what solution they suggest. When they agree, the mediation is over and the two students have to keep the agreement. The mediators must be kind, patient, objective, and able to practice active listening. The other activity was about recognizing, expressing, and managing emotions. We divided the students into four groups and gave them a scenario. Each group had to discuss and answer two questions about the situation described. Then, one member from each group presented their ideas to everyone. We shared good practices and suggested ways to improve the democratic climate at school.

Erasmus+, Timisoara, 4.5.26, First day at school, Scoala Gimnaziala nr 6

Erasmus+, Timisoara, 4.5.26

This was our first day at school, Scoala Gimnaziala nr. 6. Our friends welcome us offering bread and salt. Then, some ice breaking activities took place. The parents had prepared some delicious bouffe. The students interactive with each other and came closer. Using menti.com they answered questions about Erasmus+ project, the expectations and the benefits of the mobility. The activities at school followed a guided tour in the city, and Alexandra, our guide, told us about the revolution at 1989 against Nicolai Chauseschu that begun from Timisoara. We took many information for the facts that took place from 16 to 20 of December at 1989, especially in the Victory Square. Next, we were sailing on Bega river, till we got in a wonderful place outside the city, where we had lunch. Then we return by boat, dancing and having fun. The day ended with a tour in the city, tasting local food.

Erasmus+, Romania 1st day:Travel and arrival in Timisoara

We set off at 6:30 in the morning from Pella. The journey was long and wonderful. The changing landscapes were accompanied by our excitement, which peaked when we arrived at Iosefin Residence Hotel. Everything feels almost like a fairy tale. Our first introduction to Timișoara took place during our evening walk, with its imposing buildings beautifully illuminated. The tram adds to the city’s charm and picturesque atmosphere. Tomorrow is our first day at school. So far, we have seen only a few things, yet we are already realizing that Erasmus+ mobility is a powerful motivation for self-improvement and learning, helping us become part of a creative community of Erasmus collaborations.

Ευαισθητοποίηση και Ενημέρωση για την Υγεία και την Υγιεινή της Έμμηνου Ρύσης, 28-4-26

Στο πλαίσιο της «Εθνικής Δράσης για την Προαγωγή Υγείας Οικογένειας και Παιδιού», υλοποιήθηκε στο σχολείο μας, την Τετάρτη 28 Απριλίου, ενημερωτικό πρόγραμμα με θέμα «Ευαισθητοποίηση και Ενημέρωση για την Υγεία και την Υγιεινή της Έμμηνου Ρύσης». Το πρόγραμμα πραγματοποιήθηκε από το Υπουργείο Υγείας, σε συνεργασία με το Γραφείο της UNICEF στην Ελλάδα, με φορέα υλοποίησης το Ινστιτούτο Κοινωνικής και Προληπτικής Ιατρικής (ΙΚΠΙ), έναν επιστημονικό οργανισμό με σημαντική εμπειρία στην προαγωγή της Δημόσιας Υγείας.

Η δράση απευθυνόταν στους μαθητές και τις μαθήτριες των τμημάτων Α’, Β’ και Γ’ Γυμνασίου και είχε διάρκεια δύο διδακτικών ωρών. Στόχος της ήταν η παροχή έγκυρης, επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένης και παιδαγωγικά κατάλληλης ενημέρωσης σχετικά με την έμμηνο ρύση, ως αναπόσπαστο μέρος της υγείας και της ομαλής ανάπτυξης κατά την εφηβεία.

Κατά τη διάρκεια της συνάντησης, οι μαθητές και οι μαθήτριες είχαν την ευκαιρία να εκφράσουν απορίες, να συμμετάσχουν ενεργά στη συζήτηση και να λάβουν χρήσιμες πληροφορίες σε ένα κλίμα εμπιστοσύνης και σεβασμού. Με την ολοκλήρωση της δράσης, διανεμήθηκε στις συμμετέχουσες ενημερωτικό και υποστηρικτικό υλικό, συμβάλλοντας στην περαιτέρω κατανόηση και φροντίδα της προσωπικής υγιεινής.

Η δράση αυτή ενισχύει τη σημασία της ενημέρωσης και της πρόληψης, προάγοντας τη σωματική και ψυχική υγεία των εφήβων.
