The 5th grade of the 20o Dimotiko Scholeio Kalamarias, participated in the eTwinning project “Friends with pens and pixels!” during the school year 2024-25.

Project’s Aims:

To develop 21st century skills (communication, collaboration, creativity and critical thinking)

To improve communication skills using the english language (writing, reading, speaking, listening)

To reinforce eSafety and netiquette principles in digital communications

To develop digital literacy through use of Web 2.0 tools

To develop intercultural awareness and understanding among European countries

To promote friendship, kindness, empathy and an anti-bullying environment in our schools

To create international friendships and cooperation across Europe

To develop a strong sense of belonging within Europe, while highlighting diverse cultures and discoverring similarities

To enhance the school’s internationalisation

“Υλοποιήσατε ένα όμορφο etwinning έργο στο οποίο οι μαθητές/τριες έγραψαν επιστολές ο ένας στον άλλον ως φίλοι μέσω αλληλογραφίας και συμμετείχαν σε μια ποικιλία συνεργατικών διαδικτυακών δραστηριοτήτων, όπως διαγωνισμός λογότυπου, δημιουργία συνεργατικών ηλεκτρονικών βιβλίων, διαδικτυακές συναντήσεις, παρουσιάσεις.
