“ICT: From teachers to facilitators and moderators of a student-centered learning process”
Sinopse:
Basic idea of this online-course, which exists of four modules, is to prove and implement individualized teaching and learning with use of new media. Thereby in the foreground stands the practical transfer of the learned competences into the own lessons. A further focus lies in the application of online-tools which may be useful to support individualization and differentiation by the students.

Directorate of Secondary Education in the Dodecanese
Directorate of Secondary Education of Dodecanese is public educational authority, supervising 100 schools, 15.000 students (general and vocational) and 2.500 teachers in the region. Moreover, Directorate supervises adult and lifelong learning institutions in the region of Rhodes and surrounding islands. It is attached to the Ministry of Education, Researchand Religious Affairs in Greece and it is a decentralized educational service of the public sector. Its responsibility has to do with educational, pedagogical and administrative matters.
Dodecane
se region has special geographical features: 18 islands, small scale schools in isolated islands, distance from mainland Greece. Due to tourism industry in the region, there are pupils of different background: first and second generation children with immigrant background, originating from Albania, Russia, Bulgaria and Asia.
Directorate acts as facilitator of innovative approaches and projects in education in the region. It implements projects, pilot studies and teaching programmes in cooperation with other authorities/organizations in order to open schools to society and to correspond to local needs. ΣΧΕΔΙΟ ΚΑ1 Επιμόρφωση σε αξιολόγηση μαθητών και ψηφιακές εφαρμογές
Το σχέδιο «Επιμόρφωση σε αξιολόγηση μαθητών και ψηφιακές εφαρμογές» υλοποιείται από τη Διεύθυνση Β/θμιας Εκπαίδευσης Δωδεκανήσου σε συνεργασία με το Γυμνάσιο Γενναδίου και το 4ο Λύκειο Ρόδου.
Το σχέδιο στοχεύει στην επιμόρφωση των εκπαιδευτικών σε δύο θεματικές ενότητες:
Α) Αξιολόγηση μαθητών
Β) Ψηφιακές εφαρμογές
Στόχος της επιμόρφωσης για την αξιολόγηση των μαθητών είναι η απόκτηση γνώσεων και δεξιοτήτων σχετικά με εναλλακτικούς τρόπους αξιολόγησης, η σύνδεσή τους με το εξεταστικό σύστημα και τη σχολική επίδοση και η αξιολόγηση ατομικών δεξιοτήτων και κλίσεων που δεν συμπεριλαμβάνονται σε γνωστικά αντικείμενα. Ένας δεύτερος στόχος είναι η διαφορετική οργάνωση της διδασκαλίας και της μάθησης στα πλαίσια του εξεταστικού συστήματος, σε συνδυασμό με την υλοποίηση καινοτόμων διδακτικών προσεγγίσεων και δράσεων που θα ενισχύσουν την ατομική και κοινωνική ανάπτυξη των μαθητών/τριών και τη δημιουργία θετικού παιδαγωγικού κλίματος στο σχολείο. Τα τελευταία χρόνια η ευρύτερη γεωπολιτική αστάθεια στην Αφρική, στην Κεντρική και Δυτική Ασία, στη Μέση Ανατολή, καθώς και η πολυδιάστατη ένοπλη σύγκρουση στη Συρία έχουν φέρει την Ευρώπη αντιμέτωπη με τη μεγαλύτερη μαζική μετακίνηση ανθρώπων μετά τον Β΄ Παγκόσμιο Πόλεμο. Η έξαρση του προσφυγικού προβλήματος έχει καταστήσει επιτακτική την ανάγκη λήψης δέσμης μέτρων από τις χώρες υποδοχής και έχει αποτελέσει πεδίο έντονων πολιτικών και κοινωνικών αντιπαραθέσεων.
Πολλοί είναι εκείνοι που διατείνονται ότι η προσφυγική κρίση έχει βάλει σε δοκιμασία τις αντοχές της «ενωμένης» Ευρώπης, έχει δημιουργήσει εθνοκεντρικές πολιτικές ανακοπής των προσφυγικών ροών, οι οποίες αποδομούν το ευρωπαϊκό ιδεώδες και, ταυτόχρονα, έχει καταστήσει περισσότερο από κάθε άλλη φορά σαφές το γεγονός ότι τα γεωγραφικά σύνορα υπάρχουν για να διαχωρίζουν τα κράτη και να οριοθετούν τον ζωτικό χώρο δράσης κάθε λαού. Project description
More than 12 million Roma people live in the EU, according to the latest studies, making them the largest minority group in Europe: in Romania, there are almost a million Roma people, making the second largest minority, after Hungarians. They are the most discriminated and socially excluded group, especially in accessing education, employment, healthcare and housing. The lack of education among Roma is one of main causes of their current situation:

Χρήση του εκπαιδευτικού λογισμικού artsteps
Η συμμετοχή μου στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος ERASMUS+KΑ1 που υλοποιήθηκε από 16 έως 23 Οκτωβρίου 2016 στην πόλη Turnhout σε συνεργασία με το Κέντρο Εκπαίδευσης Ενηλίκων CVO με τίτλο «Αξιολόγηση μαθητών δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης με ψηφιακές εφαρμογές» αποτέλεσε μια ιδιαίτερα εποικοδομητική εμπειρία.
Συγκεκριμένα, η υλοποίηση του προγράμματος περιλάμβανε:
- καθημερινή παρακολούθηση διαλέξεων και μαθημάτων
- επίσκεψη χώρων και οργανισμών,
- συμμετοχή σεworkshops (με εργασίες, test-φύλλα αξιολόγησης καθώς και παιχνίδι ρόλων–role playing)
- ανταλλαγή απόψεων και εκπαιδευτικού υλικού
