Gymnasio Gennadiou hosted the participants for the project from Bulgaria, Italy, Lithuania and Croatia. The students were placed in the families of the host students, which rounded up their learning experience. During the week, the hosts organised a variety of activities related to the project theme of robotics, as well as introductions to the cultural heritage of the island of Rhodes.

The first day was dedicated to meeting and strengthening the team spirit. On Tuesday, a trip to the Vocatinal School 1st EPAL in the city of Rhodes was organised, where workshops with LEGO robots were implemented. The workshop introduced the students to the robots and explained the difference between engine and sensors. The students then had two tasks. The first task was to programme robots by using sensors and the second by using engines. The students were very successful in completing the tasks and then they headed to the Townhall, welcomed by the deputy mayor. On Wednesday the group visited Rhodes Adventure Park in Apolakkia where they learnt about the flora and fauna of the island and experienced outdoor activities. In the afternoon they visited the beautiful ancient town of Lindos. They spent Thursday at the school where they made digital works on the theme of the cultural heritage of the island of Rhodes, and Friday was dedicated to the final event and distribution of certificates.

The students participated in all activities divided into international teams and thus developed their intercultural, linguistic and social skills. New friendships have also developed. The next mobility under the project will be in Bulgaria, in May 2023.
