Our students participated in creative activities for Safer Internet Day, creating posters and messages to raise awareness about safe and responsible internet use.
Through discussion, teamwork and creative expression, students explored important topics such as personal data protection, safe password use, respectful online behavior and avoiding communication with strangers online.
Their creations reflect in a meaningful and creative way the message:
“Think before you click – Stay safe online!”
We are very proud of our students’ participation, creativity and responsible attitude.
Safer Internet Day (SID) Activities
A very important awareness activity about online safety was organized at our school as part of the Safer Internet Day celebrations.
We had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Chrysanthos Tzotzis from the Cyber Crime Division of the Hellenic Police, who spoke to the students of the 4th, 5th and 6th grades about the dangers children may face in the digital world and the ways they can protect themselves online.
During the presentation, students were informed about:
• safe password use and protection,
• cyber bullying,
• online grooming,
• dangerous online challenges.
Students participated actively, showed great interest and discussed openly about issues related to their everyday digital life.
This activity was also connected to the “Active Citizen” actions implemented in our school, as we strongly believe in the importance of informing and empowering children to become responsible digital citizens.
We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Chrysanthos Tzotzis for his excellent and informative presentation, which offered valuable knowledge and guidance to our students.
