Monday 17.9.
– meeting t at the hotel, guided tour around Oulu city and information about history of the area
– welcoming dinner at historical restaurant Rauhala to get to know Finnish food culture and tell greetings from every country
Tuesday 18.9.
– lesson about Finnish new ECEC law and curriculum
– tour around Sampola ECEC center, lunch with the groups 1-3 years, 3-5 years and 6 years (preschool), discussions with the staff of the group about working procedures and good practices
– workshop: reporting, next meetings, official documents (see the memo below)
– a look of “Lastu” open ECEC center
– tour around the university of Oulu, faculty of education, information about Finnish academic teacher education
Wednesday 19.9.
– a lesson about “Alakööki” office of sustainable environment education and culture education of Oulu. Discussions about sustainable education and practical views of developing child’s nature relationship.
– tour around the city park with activities about nature education
– afternoon activities with the parents of Sampola ECEC center about using ICT in a pedagogical way
Thursday 20.9.
– trip to Rovaniemi and arctic circle
– information about Finnish culture inheritance Santa Claus and northern way of living in Lapland
Friday 21.9.
– workshop: planning next year’s activities, products of the project, reporting, informing parents and media plan (see the memo below)
– tour around the Northern Ostrobothnia museum, information about children’s participation in museum activities and a look of the new “history of Oulu for children” exhibition
– goodbye dinner at a historical restaurant Sokerijussin Kievari, information about Finnish traditional way of building and a taste of traditional foods

Partners presented the Family Activity Book they had created during the project
We agreed that the coordinator will make a collection of all pages to share as good practices for the future

Lesson about Greek Curriculum from the Coordinator of the Educational Work and discussions of the differences in our curriculums, good practices and faults
Visit kindergarten of Kentri. Getting to know the curriculum in practice. Greeting the children of the kindergarten, playing together traditional games and songs
Visit daycare center of Kentri, a view of a different kind of educational practice
Welcoming party at Melina Conference Hall, introduction of the project for the parents and partners, traditional dances by young dancers, singing together

Workshop
We agreed the details for the last TPM in Liege, Belgium
The dates: 17.-19.6.2019 (travelling days 16. & 20.6.2019)
The last meeting is about making the final report
Every country makes a survey for the parents to gather feedback from the project
For example: what did they like, what was difficult, how many activities they are willing to do in the future (per year), ideas of new activities to do without fundings
The coordinator will make a leaflet of the project in English and greek to be used for information
The partners were encouraged to inform their region’s kindergartens and schools of the project -> to set an example of Erasmus+ projects in early childhood education
