Τα μελοποιημένα ποιηματάκια με τα γράμματα της αγγλικής αλφαβήτας καθώς και αυτά με τους συνδυασμούς φωνηέντων και συμφώνων μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν για να μυήσουν τους μικρούς μαθητές/τριες τόσο στην προφορά των γραμμάτων όσο και στον ρυθμό κι επιτονισμό της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
