Τα συναισθήματά μας…

Κάθε ταξίδι, κάθε κινητικότητα ήταν μια ξεχωριστή εμπειρία για μας… Γράψαμε τις σκέψεις μας και τα συναισθήματά μας και τα αναρτήσαμε στο blog του σχολείου μας. Θελήσαμε να τα μοιραστούμε και να τονίσουμε τη σημαντικότητα αυτών των διαφορετικών ταξιδιών για την εκπαιδευτική μας κοινότητα. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό μετά από κάθε ταξίδι δημιουργήσαμε και ένα βίντεο με στιγμές μας που δείχνουν την επαφή μας με το εκπαιδευτικό σύστημα, τον πολιτισμό και την παράδοση της κάθε χώρας με όχημα της πέντε αισθήσεις μας.

ITALY – OCTOBER 2013
It was our first Comenius trip! Η αγωνία μας ήταν μεγάλη. Θα γνωρίζαμε τους εταίρους μας εκπαιδευτικούς και θα ήμασταν μαζί για μια ολόκληρη εβδομάδα! Ή μάλλον όχι… Θα είμασταν μαζί για 2 χρόνια! Ή μπορεί και να μην χανόμασταν ποτέ… Νιώσαμε μεγάλη συγκίνηση για αυτή τη συνάντηση. Ήταν σίγουρα όλοι εξαιρετικοί!
Η πρώτη μας μέρα στο σχολείο συνοδεύτηκε από ένα ζεστό καλωσόρισμα από τους εκπαιδευτικούς αλλά και από τα παιδιά. Επισκεφτήκαμε τις σχολικές τάξεις και συζητήσαμε με τους εκπαιδευτικούς. Τις επόμενες μέρες παρακολουθήσαμε τη διδασκαλία τους αλλά και διδάξαμε. Ήταν πρωτόγνωρη εμπειρία για μας το να διδάξουμε σε παιδιά που δεν μιλούσαν τη γλώσσα μας! Κι όμως, τους μάθαμε ένα ελληνικό τραγουδάκι! Τους μιλήσαμε για τον τόπο μας και για το δικό μας σχολείο. Τελικά πάντα βρίσκεις τρόπους να επικοινωνείς και να μαθαίνεις χωρίς να χρειάζεται να μιλάς την ίδια γλώσσα με τον άλλο. Είναι που ο άνθρωπος είναι προικισμένος με ποικίλες αισθήσεις κοινές σε όλο τον πλανήτη οι οποίες αποτελούν μια σταθερή βάση για επικοινωνία και αλληλεπίδραση.
Το Παλέρμο μια πανέμορφη πόλη! Με πολλά αξιοθέατα! Επισκεφτήκαμε το Mondello Bay, the Chinese House, the Pitrè Museum, the Cathedral, the Politeama Theatre, the Music Conservatory…
Ήταν πραγματικά μια ξεχωριστή εμπειρία για μας.

ITALY – OCTOBER 2013

It was the FIRST COMENIUS TRIP for us; It was the starting Point !!!!!
Our enthusiasm and suspense was great. We would be together with other teachers, members of this program but actually unknown together for one week or for two years …… and maybe some of them would be in touch forever!!
All of us we were exciting for this first meeting. All of them were outstanding. The first day, Teachers and pupils welcome us in their school. We visited their classrooms and we had very interesting discussions with the other teachers.
Within next days, we observed their teaching and we presented our version of teaching to them; this interaction was exciting.
We tried to be teachers for pupils who didn’t speak our language; and our surprise these pupils learned to sign a Greek song. We spoke to them for our country, for our pupils, for our school ….. for US.
The final conclusion of this interaction is that if someone wants to communicate with others he will find the way even if they don’t speak the same language with him. The human kind is gifted with so many senses which are common all over the world and they constitute the base of human communication and interaction.
Palermo is a very beautiful town with a lot of sights. We visited the Mondello Bay, the Chinese House, the Pitrè Museum, the Cathedral, the Politeama Theatre, the Music Conservatory…
It was really a special experience for us.

POLAND – JUNE 2014
Ήταν το τρίτο Comenius trip για μας… Αυτή τη φορά όμως είχαμε μαζί και παιδιά. Παιδιά συγκινημένα που θα συναντούσαν συμμαθητές τους σε ένα σχολείο τόσο μακρινό… Σε ένα σχολείο στην Lubczyna με ένα διαφορετικό εκπαιδευτικό σύστημα και με διαφορετικές συνθήκες φοίτησης.
Η πρώτη μας μέρα στο σχολείο ήταν γιορτινή! It was the Children’s Day Festival! Μας υποδέχτηκαν με μεγάλη χαρά όλη η εκπαιδευτική κοινότητα και ο Δήμαρχος της περιοχής. Τραγουδήσαμε, χορέψαμε polish dance και φάγαμε παραδοσιακά εδέσματα. Τις επόμενες μέρες επισκεφτήκαμε τις σχολικές τάξεις, παρακολουθήσαμε διδασκαλία και διδάξαμε για τα ελληνικά νησιά μας αλλά και για ους 12 Θεούς του Ολύμπου! Η έκπληξή μας ήταν μεγάλη όταν διαπιστώσαμε ότι οι πολωνοί μαθητές γνώριζαν αρκετά πράγματα για τους θεούς του Ολύμπου και για την ελληνική μυθολογία!
Το ταξίδι στην Πολωνία ήταν επίσης ένα όμορφο ταξίδι!. Περιηγηθήκαμε στην πόλη Szczecin, επισκεφτήκαμε το Cathedral and Cathedral’s Tower, το Castle of Pomeranian Dukes, το Wały Chrobrego, το Odra boulevard, the Goleniów and the village of Slavs and Vikings!

POLAND – JUNE 2014

It was the third Comenius trip for us. This time we accompanied pupils. Our pupils were exciting; they were waiting impatiently to meet other classmates in another school so far away ………… A school in Lubczyna with an absolutely different educational system and conditions.
Our first day in Poland school was a Celebration It was the Children’s Day Festival!!
The educational community and the Mayor of town welcome us heartily. We sang all together, danced Polish dancing and we ate traditional dishes.
Within nest days, we observed their teaching and we presented the Greek Islands and our Mythology. We felt amazing when we realized that the pupils of this remote region knew the 12-Olympians Gods and many aspects of Greek Mythology.
Our trip in Poland was very nice. We visited the Szczecin, the Cathedral and Cathedral’s Tower, the Castle of Pomeranian Dukes, the Wały Chrobrego, the Odra boulevard, the Goleniów and the village of Slavs and Vikings!
SPAIN – JUNE 2015
Balaguer!!!… Barcelona… Catalonia….. The last Comenius meeting as part of ενός ταξιδιού που κράτησε δύο ολόκληρα χρόνια!….
Επισκεφτήκαμε τα σχολεία στα χωριά Ager, Les Avellanes, Gerb, Tartareu, Os De Balaguer. Σχολεία με λίγα παιδιά που μας υποδέχθηκαν με ιδιαίτερη ζεστασιά. Συζητήσαμε με τους εκπαιδευτικούς αλλά και με τους μικρούς μαθητές για θέματα καθημερινής διδακτικής αλλά και για θέματα καθημερινής ζωής τους. Διδάξαμε στο Tartareu και στο Os De Balaguer. Με τους μικρούς μαθητές του Tartareu και του Os De Balaguer και τους δασκάλους τους περπατήσαμε στα σοκάκια των χωριών τους και περιηγηθήκαμε στα αξιοθέατα… Ήταν μια πολύ γλυκιά εμπειρία…
Τα συναισθήματα ποικίλα και ιδιαίτερα έντονα σε αυτό το ταξίδι! Οι αναμνήσεις ήρθαν στο μυαλό η μια μετά την άλλη σαν κινηματογραφική ταινία… Ιταλία, Ελλάδα, Τουρκία, Πολωνία, Ιρλανδία, Γαλλία, Βουλγαρία και τώρα Ισπανία!…
Ήταν το τέλος ενός ξεχωριστού Project που διήρκησε δύο ολόκληρα χρόνια… εμείς οι έλληνες εκπαιδευτικοί θέλουμε να σας ευχαριστήσουμε όλους εσάς τους εκπαιδευτικούς όλων των χωρών για όλα όσα μοιραστήκαμε και ζήσαμε…
Laura, Mert, AnnMarie, Roberta, Kremena, Marine, Magda, Ela, Murat, σας ευχαριστώ μέσα από την καρδιά μου για την άψογη συνεργασία σας και την ιδιαίτερη φιλία μας που αναπτύχθηκε αυτά τα δύο χρόνια…
θα σας θυμόμαστε όλοι με πολλή αγάπη

SPAIN – JUNE 2015

Balaguer!!!… Barcelona… Catalonia….. The last Comenius meeting as the last station of a magnificent journey that was completed within two years.
We visited school in villages Ager, Les Avellanes, Gerb, Tartareu, Os De Balaguer. Small schools which welcome us so heartily, so warm ……
We discussed with the teachers and pupils for subjects of their daily routine. We presented our daily school program to the pupils of Tartareu’s and Os De Balaguer’s schools. As old friends, we walked the neighborhoods of their villages and we felt so friendly; we felt that we were part of an old story.
Our emotions variety and strongly at this last station.
The memories were coming in our minds like a cinema move…….. Italy, Greece, Turkey, Poland, Ireland, France, Bulgaria and Spain.
It is the End of a special Project which spread within two years and maybe, who knows, the Start for another magnificent journey.
WE, the teachers from Greece, want to thank all of you for everything shared and lived together.
Laura, Mert, AnnMarie, Roberta, Kremena, Marine, Magda, Ela, Murat, I feel that I have to thank you from my heart for the excellent cooperation and deeply friendship which created over these two years.

PARIS – DECEMBER 2014
It’s a dream city, you just don’t know where to start you tour… a walk to Champs-Elysées under the famous Arc-de-Triumph and the enormous Louvre museum where you need at least one whole day to see the whole of it. The view from the top of the overwhelming Eiffel Tower is magnificent as well as the unforgettable cruise to River Seine with the river boat. The pictured Montmartre is full of artists who capture the beauty of the city. The Chateau de Versailles is amazing.
Also keep in mind that this visit took place right before Christmas and the city was fully decked with big shops and Christmas windows all around. Paris is a city that you do want to visit again and again!

IRELAND – NOVEMBER 2014
The visit to Ireland was a trip to a wonderful fully “green” place. The hospitality was unforgettable and well organized by warm people living in the beautiful Irish province. All cities, Castlebar, Knock, Westpost, and Galway are full of pictured houses; they are all very clean and well organized. The picture of their schools is similar to that; obedient and well organized children ready to get all information from both their teachers and us. They welcome us and through their exceptional school events they really amazed us.
It was really an unforgettable and unique experience.

BULGARIA – MARCH 2015
On 14 March 2015 we travelled to Bulgaria, during one more educational and cultural visit under Comenious framework. All together, students, parents and teachers, we went to Kovets, a city located 180 km Northeastern of Sofia. First, we visited the school of Kovets which consists of students aged 5-15 years old.
We participated in the scheduled activities, we taught the children and we attended teaching lessons, all together with our students.
There was a creative interaction regarding our customs and traditions. We danced, we tasted local foods and sweets and we exchanged essential opinions about the educational system in general.
Our schedule was full of daily educational visits to archeological and historical monuments, monasteries and ceramic workshops as well as in cultural monuments and picturesque towns like Veliko Ternovo and Plovdiv.
The visit to Bulgaria was a wonderful experience for us, full of pictures and memories. The hospitality was incredible coming from people with great dignity, noble and soul greatness.
It was a unique experience and a journey of mind and soul.

TURKEY – SPRING 2014
In the spring of 2014 we visited the neighbor country Turkey, city of Ordu. It was a unique journey in the wild Black Sea and the high mountains of the region. Our journey started from Trabzon and the snowy monastery of Panagia Soumela, the symbol of Pontian Greeks.
We visited the contemporary local school and we got familiar with its operation, its courses and the hospitable students. During the short tour of both the city and suburbs, we visited pictured landscapes and important historical places. We tasted the delicious Turkish cuisine, listened to the local music, danced and participated in the local customs.
Finally we came back full of wonderful feelings for our neighbors as well as with a lot of hazelnuts since this the local product and the whole area is full of those trees.
