Today class B made plant labels for the garden. First we wrote the words in Greek and English and then we went to the garden to draw the plants while looking at them carefully. Then the pypils put them in place accordingly.

After analyzing the healthy food pyramid and the food groups they had to work in pairs and design a one day eating plan according to what they ‘ve learned; they had to incorporate 5 servings of grains and cereals, 5 servings of fruit and vegetables, 3 servings of milk,yoghurt and cheese and 2 servings of meat, fish, poultry, eggs, nuts and dry beans.
They did great!

Then each pupil wrote down a balanced eating schedule of 5 meals based on what they have learned as well as on their personal taste. Then they made these meals out of plasticine and presented them in class.
