Learning all about healthy eating in class B and this is their project. After analyzing the healthy food pyramid and the food groups they had to work in pairs and design a one day eating plan according to what they ‘ve learned; they had to incorporate 5 servings of grains and cereals, 5 servings of fruit and vegetables, 3 servings of milk,yoghurt and cheese and 2 servings of meat, fish, poultry, eggs, nuts and dry beans.
They did great!
