There have been many book presentations and recommendations throughout February by enthusiastic readers from class C to class F! Their artwork inspired by the books was also amazing! Keep on reading!
How easy is it to concentrate? Do we always pay attention to our interlocutor? How can we concentrate? These are the questions we worked on today. At the end the pupils wrote down their thoughts and feelings, as they do every time.
Mrs Anastasia Efstathiou is our headteacher but she is also a writer. Today we welcomed her in our English room in order to be interviewed by class E with questions that had thought of themselves. The interview was recorded so that the pupils could translate it in English afterwards.
Thank you, Mrs Anastasia for your time ! It was nice getting to know you better!

Our English library project was launched back in 2010 with many enthusiastic pupils participating actively as librarians and readers. Click here to see past posts about it. We are starting again with 127 books available and many hungry bookworms!
A big thank you to Mrs Athena Metropoulos and Mrs Anna Georgikopoulou for their generous donations!
The pupils loved the books and have started borrowing them!
Anna, a good friend living abroad, visited us today and apart from bringing a bag full of book for us, she shared with class F her experience as a Greek living in the Netherlands. The discussion was extremely interesting for the pupils, who had many questions for her and listened very carefully to what she said. A day to remember! Thank you!
Today we learned about the correct way to brush our teeth and two songs on the spot!
