First Day
Κατηγορία 1st Primary School of Akrata, Cultural project 2014-2015 'Hungry Bookworms', English Library, projects 2014-2015 , στις 15 Οκτωβρίου 2014 από Lenia KA big day today!!! It was the opening day for our library for this school year!
Hurray!
Lots of bookworms visited it and spent time browsing at the books, talking and listening to music. The new librarians were really excited and they coped really well with the unexpected work load.
25 books were lent today in total!

Super Librarians and Amazing Bookworms
Κατηγορία 1st Primary School of Akrata, 2013-2014 school year, English Library , στις 11 Ιουνίου 2014 από Lenia KThis year has been the most successful for our school English library! There were many bookworms, who ‘ate’ books and lots of helpful librarians, who assisted their classsmates. So, today there were prizes in order! There were 6 prizes for six lucky librarians and 3 prizes for three lucky bookworms. Each fantastic librarian was also awarded the ‘Super Librarian Award’. Congratulations!

Κατηγορία 1st Primary School of Akrata, 2013-2014 school year, English Library , στις 29 Ιανουαρίου 2014 από Lenia KOur English library is going really well this year, thanks to the amazing and hard working librarians. As you can see from the notice board there are many kids who are bookworms. They not only read the books but write book reviews as well!

Today it was the first day and pupils from class C, D, E and ST gathered at the English room, chatted, listened to music and browsed at the books. There was a reading corner where some of them spent their time flipping English magazines and reading fairy tales.
The librarians were amazing! They were helpful and polite despite the work load!
18 books in total were lent today!
