MissionZero provided the students of Kareas Junior High School with a unique opportunity to see their code executed in space! The Nine teams from the A class which took part in this initiative created their personalized “Flora and Fauna” images and programmed them using Python and AstroPi. Their programs were successfully deployed and run aboard the International Space Station, which was an extraordinary achievement. To  view their certificates indicating the coordinates of the ISS during the execution of their programs in May 2023, you can look at our presentation. Congratulations! Kareas high school has been awarded the European Quality Label for the work in the eTwinning project “Code4SDG11“. This means that Vasiliki’ s Servou work, the work of the students and the collaboration with the partners met the Quality Label Framework criteria and received a high score.
