The Mysterious Case of the Forest
One sunny day, Little Red Riding Hood decided to visit her grandmother in the forest. However, when she arrived, she noticed something strange. Her grandmother’s cottage was empty, the door was slightly open, and on the table was a note:
“If you want to see your grandmother again, solve the mystery. The clues are hidden in the forest. – The Big Bad Wolf”
Little Red Riding Hood panicked. Luckily, a group of students from Class E2 was in the forest on a field trip with their teacher. Known for their intelligence and curiosity, they quickly agreed to help.
The First Clue
The note read: “Follow the wolf’s tracks to find the first witness.”
The children noticed tracks on the ground and followed them. They led to the Three Little Pigs’ house.
When they knocked on the door, the pigs were terrified. “The Big Bad Wolf was here earlier!” said the youngest pig. “He was looking for a strange red cloak!” added the eldest.
The children noticed a torn red ribbon on the floor. “This might be a clue,” said Little Red Riding Hood, taking it with her.
The Second Clue
The red ribbon had a word written on it: “Lake.”
The team headed to the forest lake. There, they found the Big Bad Wolf trying to fish something out of the water.
“I don’t have your grandmother!” he shouted when he saw them. “It was a prank! But someone stole my treasure chest, and I’m trying to find it!”
Little Red Riding Hood looked at the students. “Maybe the mystery is bigger than we thought…”
The Real Culprits
The children remembered that there was an old mill deep in the forest. When they arrived, they heard laughter. It was the two younger pigs!
“We wanted to see if the Big Bad Wolf could ever find his treasure! It was just a game!” they said.
Little Red Riding Hood’s grandmother appeared from behind, holding a basket of sweets. “Don’t worry, children. I was safe all along. I just hid when I heard about the prank.”
The Lesson
The students of Class E2, along with Little Red Riding Hood, explained to the pigs that pranks can sometimes be dangerous. The Big Bad Wolf, although upset, agreed to share his treasure with everyone to celebrate the mystery’s resolution.
And so, they all gathered in the forest clearing for a big feast, promising to work together from now on instead of playing tricks.
