I am truly excited to share an important milestone for our school community.
The 9th Primary School of Irakleio (Attica, Greece) has been awarded Erasmus+ Accreditation. Our project «Reimagining our Future Together” (RIFT), (2025-1-EL01-KA120-SCH-000377288) in the field of School Education, achieved an impressive score of 90/100 at national level.
As the Erasmus+ coordinator of the school, I’m extremely proud, as this journey has been one of vision, careful planning and strategic development. The accreditation is not just an achievement. It is the official recognition of a long-term Erasmus Plan focused on:
- improving the quality of teaching and learning,
- supporting teachers’ professional development,
- promoting active citizenship among students,
- strengthening inclusion and equal opportunities,
- advancing meaningful digital transformation in education.
This accreditation secures stable European funding for at least 3 years and opens the door to international cooperation, mobility opportunities and exchange of best practices with schools across Europe.
I strongly believe that education becomes truly powerful when it connects classrooms to the wider world.
Erasmus+ gives us the opportunity to learn, collaborate and grow together.
Stay tuned!
