Educational visit to the winery of the Agricultural Cooperative of the Greater Amyndeon Area (ASEPA)-Amyntas Wines
Today 1/11/2024 is the World Xinomavro Day.
On this occasion we made an educational visit to the winery of the Agricultural Cooperative of the Greater Amyndeon Area (ASEPA)-Amyntas Wines.
The visit was organized by Mrs. Pelagia, mother of one of our students and we thank her for a very nice experience.
The children had the opportunity to visit a real vineyard and harvest the grapes, holding their baskets.
They then poured the grapes into the crusher and after wearing disposable footwear, they pressed them to release the must.
Then they played the winery area, went inside the barrel house
Then very quietly so as not to wake up the wine barrels ,the workers of the cooperative showed us around the place .
We saw the large wine press where they pour the grapes, the huge tanks with the wine, the bottling and packaging area.
At the end of the tour, surprises awaited us:
The children ate their brunch in a very beautiful place.
They got their treats.
They painted the label of their own wine (which they took home).
Mrs Irene gave them a very nice sticker.
And of course they didn’t forget the teachers.

Ημέρα Υπαίθριας Τάξης- 8/5/2025
Η Ημέρα Υπαίθριας Τάξης είναι ένα παγκόσμιο κίνημα για να γίνει ο χρόνος σε εξωτερικούς χώρους μέρος της ημέρας κάθε παιδιού. Δύο ημέρες δράσης κάθε χρόνο, οι εκπαιδευτικοί βγάζουν τα παιδιά σε εξωτερικούς χώρους για να παίξουν και να μάθουν. Όλο το χρόνο, η κοινότητα της Ημέρας Υπαίθριας Τάξης κάνει εκστρατεία για περισσότερο χρόνο σε εξωτερικούς χώρους κάθε μέρα.
Ο χρόνος που περνάνε οι μαθητές σε εξωτερικούς χώρους βελτιώνει την υγεία των παιδιών, υποστηρίζει τη συμμετοχή στη μάθηση και οδηγεί σε μεγαλύτερη σύνδεση με τη φύση. Το παιχνίδι όχι μόνο διδάσκει κρίσιμες δεξιότητες ζωής, όπως η ανθεκτικότητα, η ομαδική εργασία και η δημιουργικότητα, αλλά είναι και κεντρικό στοιχείο για την απόλαυση της παιδικής ηλικίας από τα παιδιά.
Έτσι λοιπόν σήμερα, μεταφέραμε το μάθημά μας έξω από την τάξη μας.
Γίναμε μικροί ντετέκτιβ. Πήραμε μεγεθυντικούς φακούς και ξεκινήσαμε για την περιπέτειά μας!!!
Ανακαλύψαμε φυτά, λουλούδια, έντομα, μυρμηγκοφωλιές, δέντρα, αρωματικά φυτά, κήπους.
Περπατήσαμε, τρέξαμε.
Και στο τέλος κάναμε πικνικ στην αυλή μας.
Μια υπέροχη μέρα!!!
