“With a unique hike to the mountain, our students had the chance to admire the stunning natural beauty around us. This activity marked the beginning of our participation in the e-Twinning program ‘Biodiversity Guardians: Protecting Nature Together’, in collaboration with schools from Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Romania.
From the top of the mountain, the students observed the diversity of the natural environment, admired the sea of our region and the Ambracian Gulf, and wrote down their feelings about the beauty of the landscape and the need to protect it. Their thoughts and reflections give us hope that the new generation is ready to take action and safeguard our precious ecosystem.
The activity took place in a fun and relaxed atmosphere, outside the classroom, with the students participating enthusiastically and with great energy.
We are proud of our students and look forward to the next steps of the program!”
