The 11th Primary School of Palaio Faliro is a public school and it is situated in mid Palaio Faliro, a town south of Athens, on the coast of the Athens “Riviera”. It was established in 1992  on the corner of Eratous & Dimokratias streets. In 2019 it was renamed after Eleni (Helene) Glykatzi-Ahrweiler, the reknowned Byzantinologist, first woman to be a Principal of the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador for Greece.
