CHANGE YOUR EATING HABITS

Healthy nutrition is important for our organism. There are habits we can change, if we want to have a healthy body, strong hair and a great skin. Our suggestions are the following:

 We have to eat all kinds of food.
 We have to eat lots of fruit and vegetables every day.
 We recommend whole-grain bread.
 We have to eat dairy products.
 Our nutrition should include fish, rice, eggs, green vegetables and beans.
 We should not eat fattening products, like sweets, or fast food.
 We have to drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.
 We have to chew our food very well.

So, what do you think? Isn’t it time to change our eating habits? If you follow these simple rules, you will have a healthy and beautiful body.
