CHANGE YOUR EATING HABITS

Healthy nutrition is important for our organism. There are habits we can change, if we want to have a healthy body, strong hair and a great skin. Our suggestions are the following:
We have to eat all kinds of food.
We have to eat lots of fruit and vegetables every day.
We recommend whole-grain bread.
We have to eat dairy products.
Our nutrition should include fish, rice, eggs, green vegetables and beans.
We should not eat fattening products, like sweets, or fast food.
We have to drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.
We have to chew our food very well.
So, what do you think? Isn’t it time to change our eating habits? If you follow these simple rules, you will have a healthy and beautiful body.
