Traditional way for preserving food
Olive oil is the natural oil extracted from olives, the fruit of the olive tree.
The preservation of olives can be done at home. Therefore, the students of the 5th and 6th grade of our school were taught the way they can do that. The activity is related to the e-Twinning project “Yummy ea Twinning Restaurant”and the imaginary online business they run. The presentation took place at the Assembly Hall of the school by Mr. George Charitos who is an olive oil producer.
