Our institute operates within a social context characterized by a recent urbanization, resulting in a pluralism of behavior and, sometimes, stunted integration of the social fabric. In general, there is the frequency of students belonging to an average social group: the students of our institute, in fact, are mostly children of employees, traders, artisans and freelancers. The “Augusto Righi” Institute has a long history behind it: for years it has been able to be a positive and proactive reality in the territory, contributing to train generations of professionals who are esteemed today. The identity of our school is characterized by a solid cultural base of a scientific and technological nature in line with the indications of the European Union. This cultural formation is built through the study, the deepening and the application of languages and methodologies of a general and specific nature, which are related to sectors fundamental for the technological and productive development of the country. In fact, the primary objective of our school is to get students and students to acquire in relation to the practice of the profession, a wide range of techniques, skills, knowledge and skills, all equally necessary both for a quick integration into the world of work and for access to university and to education and training superior technique. The curriculum is structured in line with EU guidelines, with entrepreneurship education and development of a vision of changeoriented, initiative, creativity, professional and geographical mobility, and the recruitment of socially responsible behavior. In addition to the ordinary study addresses, our school has three VET branches: “Technological—Construction, Environment and Territory “, ” Transportation and Logistics – Airplane Conduction”, “Chemistry, Materials and Biotechnology”. We have more than 650 students and more than 95 teachers. The staff of the “Augusto Righi” is made up of professionals and teachers with a long experience in their area. Their work, continuously in contact with students from different cultural backgrounds and from the most diverse interests, has made them particularly suitable for public relations. In fact, they have developed good listening skills, empathy and mediation, which will enable them to effectively grasp the needs of the participants who will be selected and mediate and integrate them within the needs of foreign host companies. The experience of the staff would also make possible to resolve any critical issues and misunderstandings that may occur within the consortium which, by virtue of its heterogeneity, is considered extremely useful for tackling the occupational problem of young people.
