Ένα καινούριο ταξίδι γνώσεων ξεκινάει με τους μαθητές και της μαθήτριες του ΣΤ1 του 4ου Δ. Σ. Πεύκων! Το eTwinning έργο μας έχει τίτλο “A Drop in the Ocean”!  Δεν μπορώ να πω περισσότερα τώρα, γιατί στην πρώτη μας τηλεδιάσκεψη την Πέμπτη 12 Δεκεμβρίου, τα παιδιά θα παίξουν ένα παιχνίδι ερωτήσεων για να βρουν τις χώρες των συνεργατών τους…. 😀

“The idiom “a drop in the ocean” refers to actions that are so small in comparison to what is needed that they lack significance. Students from 3 European countires will try to find out if this idiom applies to our attempts to make a difference in protecting the environment. Do we need to be rich, powerful or famous to make a difference in the environmental crisis? Or our small actions are like precious drops of water that can raise the level of the ocean and make a difference in spite of any barriers or challenges? Students will think critically about the environmental crisis and collaborate to find information about biomes, ecosystems, biodiversity, how life on our planet is interconnected, and what the biggest environmental threats to our planet are. Finally, they will think of small steps we can take to contribute our drop to the ocean of this crisis.”
