Edgar asked them about their game and they told him everything about it. At the end, Edgar asked them what was the name of the game. They said that the game was called ‘football’. Edgar was short. He had black hair and brown eyes. One day, he was walking in the forest alone, when suddenly he heard someone shouting at him. He turned around and he didn’t see anything but trees and flowers. He kept walking and he heard that voice again. Edgar stood for a bit and then he found out that the voice was coming from a tree. He got confused at first but later he started talking with the trees! He had no idea that the trees were able to speak so he decided to go and tell ‘the news’ to his family and friends. Before he left the forest something stopped him unpredictably. A voice in his mind told him not to tell that secret to anyone and just keep it for himself. So he did. From that day, Edgar went daily to the forest and talked to his new friends. In the end, they all lived happy ever after..

Draw & write

An interesting activity took place last week during my last lesson with Γ4.

It was a group work. The students drew whatever they wanted inside certain boxes on their group’s paper. Each one had only 2 minutes to complete it. When the group finished and all the boxes on the paper were drawn, they exchanged papers. So each group had another paper in front of them. Now their job was to think of a story to connect the drawings and write captions in the pictures. Finally, each group presented their story.

It was really nice! All stories were great. The students used their imagination and the result was amazing.
