The Director of the school, Maria Diatsidou, met with the participating teachers and gave them a first briefing on the objectives of the programme and their obligations before, during and after the training, but also gave them useful information on the practical issues of their travel to Barcelona, Spain. In addition, she presented them the school’s blog about the KA1 ERASMUS+ programmes and the power point with the Cultural Preparation which was also sent to their emails along with useful training material on intercultural education from the ESDC seminar she attended.
Through this meeting, many questions were solved and fears that the teachers had as they were participating for the first time in an ERASMUS+ programme were addressed and they left with the conviction that they are at the beginning of a creative journey of acquiring knowledge as well as educational and cultural experiences!
