www.musiclexis.com = My new website, A brand new dictionary

www.musiclexis.com (under construction)

This dictionary combines the two loves of my life, English language learning and listening to English songs.

Traditional dictionaries simply contain definitions and sentence examples, but in this alternative dictionary all words are linked to songs!

I want to create an easy and fun way for students to learn and remember new words:  Why not give them a popular song to listen to, where the word is frequently repeated in the lyrics and especially in the refrain?

We all have learned new vocabulary by listening to music we like, but there has never been a systematic listing and matching of words to songs so as to motivate and help students to learn English in a simple way!

Since there has never been any such thing before, I’m going to create it.

All entries in this dictionary will also be included in my experimental wiki: http://users.sch.gr/aretisid/wiki/
