Sofia and Anastasios participated to the Training Course “D’ing-  Understanding and facilitating learning and Designing educational programs”, in Weimar from 7th till 14th of February 2020. During the Training course we tried to understand and focus on the following competences:

• Cooperating successfully in teams
• Communicating meaningfully with others

The participants were from 11 European countries as Greece, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Romania, Slovenia, United Kingdom and Germany. The mood of all the participants was excellent and we are grateful to the facilitators and to the Germany host team!

We started in a wonderful way with all the “ice breaking” activities and we started to collaborate working in teams.

Our first team tried to answer which are the steps and the “ladder” for a successful team.

We also created the QualiTREE!

Our second team presented the emotional intelligence and the empathy and we ended up like that “what goes around comes around”.

 

 

It was a training based on non-formal learning with quite a strong self-directed learning approach.

Many thanks to all the participants and special to KANE that gave us the opportunity to participate! We hope to live it again!!
