I took my B’ classes out for a walk around Parikia.They acted as if they were tourists visiting Paros for the first time. They played double roles: tourists and tour guides as well. They asked and answered questions about the places they saw, like the archeological museum, the Ekatontapiliani church, the port and the ships that sail in and out, shops around the area etc. The purpose of our walk was to think in English, act out a real situation (like any tourist) using English to get around. Students were a bit confused in the beginning but in the end they finally managed to complete their task. Enjoy the photos that were taken; they really enjoyed it! (Not all students wished to be photographed.)
