Η ελιά – The olive tree
Οι μαθητικές εργασίες της Δ τάξης του σχολείου μας για την ελιά και το ελαιόλαδο κατά τη διάρκεια της σχολικής χρονιάς 2013-2014 συγκεντρώθηκαν και παρουσιάζονται συνολικά εδώ.
All the activities carried out during the school year 2013-2014 by the 4th grade of our school regarding the olive trees and olive oil are gathered and presented here.
Επίσκεψη στο Πάρκο Τρίτση – Visiting Tritsis Environment Park
Κατά την επίσκεψή τους στο Πάρκο Περιβαλλοντικής Ευαισθητοποίησης “Αντώνης Τρίτσης”, οι μαθητές των Δ και Στ τάξεων εξερεύνησαν το πάρκο και τους βιοτόπους του, παρακολούθησαν παρουσίαση για τα έντομα, ξεναγήθηκαν στις καλλιέργειες που βρίσκονται στο πάρκο, παρατήρησαν τα πτηνά του πάρκου και τα παραλίμνια οικοσυστήματά του. Ήρθαν σε επαφή με τη φύση τόσο κοντά στο κέντρο της Αθήνας!
During their visit to the environmental sensitization park “Antonis Tritsis”, pupils from 4th and 6th grades explored the part and its habitats, followed a presentation on insects, were guided through the cultivations situated in the park, observed the park’s birds and the lakeside ecosystems. They came so close to nature in such proximity to the centre of Athens!
Επίσκεψη στην Πάρνηθα – Visiting mount. Parnitha
Τον περασμένο Μάιο, η Στ τάξη επισκέφτηκε την Πάρνηθα για να παρατηρήσει τις καμένες περιοχές του βουνού και να παρακολουθήσει ένα πρόγραμμα στην καρδιά του δάσους.
Last May, the 6th grade visited Parnitha mountain to observe the burnt territories and attend a programme in the heart of the forest.
Ανάγλυφο – Earth Relief
Οι μαθητές της Γ΄τάξης του σχολείου σχεδίασαν και δημιούργησαν με πλαστελίνη έναν ανάγλυφο πίνακα της γης.

Επίσκεψη στο δάσος – A visit to the forest
Η Β τάξη του σχολείου μας πραγματοποίησε επίσκεψη στο Κέντρο Περιβαλλοντικής Εκπαίδευσης Λαυρίου στις 13 Μαΐου. Τα παιδιά ενημερώθηκαν για το δάσος του Λαυρίου που έχει καεί πολλές φορές, εξερεύνησαν και έπαιξαν στο δάσος, έκαναν έρευνα πεδίου αναγνωρίζοντας φυτά και έντομα, και τέλος έφτιαξαν τα δικά τους φυτολόγια! Πραγματικά το ευχαριστήθηκαν πολύ!
The 2nd grade of our school visited the Center for Environmental Education in Lavrio on May 13th. The children learnt about the local forest that has been burnt many times, they explored and played in the woods, did field research recognising plants and insects, and in the end, they created their own plant sheets! They really enjoyed a lot!

Δραστηριότητες γης & φωτιάς – Activities on earth & fire
Παρακολουθήστε μια παρουσίαση των δραστηριοτήτων διαφόρων τάξεων του σχολείου κατά το δεύτερο έτος του έργου Comenius “Ζώντας με τα στοιχεία”, που ήταν σχετικές με το στοιχείο της Γης και το στοιχείο της Φωτιάς.

Πώς φτιάχνεται ένα χυτό άγαλμα – How to make a cast statue
Με τη βοήθεια του δασκάλου των εικαστικών, οι μαθητές της Β’ τάξης παρακολούθησαν και συζήτησαν ένα βίντεο για τη δημιουργία ενός χυτού αγάλματος από χαλκό. Εντόπισαν τα υλικά της Γης που χρησιμοποιούν οι τεχνίτες στο χυτήριο (χώμα, κερί, χαλκό, κεραμίδι), παρακολούθησαν και εξήγησαν βήμα-βήμα τη διαδικασία δημιουργίας του αγάλματος, και αναγνώρισαν το ρόλο της φωτιάς στη διαδικασία αυτή. Έτσι, καταλήξαμε σε ένα παράδειγμα σύνδεσης των στοιχείων της Γης και της Φωτιάς.
With the help of the Arts teacher, the pupils of the 2nd grade watched and discussed a video about the creation of a cast copper statue. They spotted the Earth materials being used by the craftsmen in the foundry (soil, wax, copper, tile), they watched and explained the procedure of creating the statue step by step, and they recognised the role of the fire in this procedure. Thus, we concluded in an example of how the elements of Earth and Fire can be connected.
Φυτεύοντας σπόρους – Planting seeds
Οι μαθητές της Α’ τάξης του σχολείου επισκέφτηκαν ένα εργαστήρι όπου εξερεύνησαν με …χειρωνακτικό τρόπο το ρόλο των σπόρων στην δημιουργία και ανάπτυξη των φυτών, τη σημασία της φωτοσύνθεσης για τον πλανήτη μας, τη σπουδαιότητα της διατροφής μας με λαχανικά και φρούτα. Φύτεψαν σποράκια σε ποτηράκια και παρακολούθησαν τα επόμενα στάδια ανάπτυξης ενός νέου φυτού. Στο τέλος πήραν και τα αναμνηστικά γλαστράκια τους για να τα μεγαλώσουν στο σπίτι!
The pupils of the 1st grade visited a workshop where they explored the role of the seeds in plants creation and development in a ‘hands-on learning’ way. They discussed about the significance of photosynthesis for planet Earth, about the importance of a diet rich in vegetables and fruits. The pupils planted seeds in cups and watched the next steps in the development of a plant. In the end, they got their souvenir pots to grow them at home!

Κάτω από Earth | 0 ΣχόλιαΕργαστήριο πηλού – Clay workshop
Το φθινόπωρο που μας πέρασε, οι τρεις μικρές τάξεις συμμετείχαν σε ένα εργαστήριο πηλού στο σχολείο, καθώς αυτή τη χρονιά εργαζόμαστε στο στοιχείο της Γης. Αφού παρακολούθησαν μια σύντομη παρουσίαση για τα αγάλματα και τα πήλινα αγγεία, τα παιδιά έπαιξαν με τον πηλό και δημιούργησαν στις τάξεις τους τόσο τα ατομικά τους μικρά έργα όσο και ένα ομαδικό ανθρώπινο ομοίωμα. Οι μικροί αγγειοπλάστες το απόλαυσαν πολύ!
Last autumn, grades A, B and C participated in a clay workshop in our school, since this year we have been working on the Earth element. After viewing a short presentation on statues and pots made of clay, the pupils played with clay and created in their classes their own little works of art as well as a team human figure. The little potters enjoyed it a lot!
