In this activity, the children were made aware of the issue of proper water management and saving and then they informed their parents about what they had learned.
The children created memos with tips-suggestions for proper water management and conservation. They recorded these tips-suggestions and captured them visually.
All of the above were included in a digital interactive poster to share the suggestions for proper water management and saving with the wider public.
In addition, on World Water Day on 22 March, the children’s parents were invited to the school and the children presented their suggestions for proper water management and conservation using the makey makey invention kit.
The makey makey invention kit connects the digital to the real world through a closed circuit board and wires that connect to physical materials and turn them into computer keys.In particular, the recorded messages with suggestions for proper water management and conservation were stored in the makey makey sampler application and using the makey makey components, the computer was connected to glasses full of water.
