Estonia – Aruküla Rukkillill Kindergarten- An Erasmus event in Aruküla:Celebrating first day of spring with a theatrical play and bonfire

On the 21st of March our teachers performed a traditional fairy tale about the cat who forgot how to say “meow”. Performance took place in the yard. There were a sad kitten who forgot how to ask for food. The kitten met farm animals on her way and they all taught the kitten how to do their voices to ask for milk. Children got knowledge, how farm animals are useful for people and what products we get from them. Finally the kitten met her mother and the kitten could say “meow” to ask for food again.

After watching performance all kindergarten barbecued sausages on the bonfire. It was first time we used our brand new fireplace bought with Erasmus+ support. Students really enjoyed outdoor activity and now we are waiting when the snow is finally melted and flowers will be blooming… Spring is finally arriving to Estonia.
