First we printed google map from our kindergarten. Children learned about the map and kindergarten yard. How birds can see our kindergarten and how we see it. Then we collected some natural and other material with parents help. This 3D map was made by children and their teachers!

We are the pre-primary school Carella, classroom C-D. We used natural materials to make the moder of our garden. The children have found some toys that they use in the garden and they have put them in the model.

On Friday 17th of November 2017 the head teacher Mihaela Toba as a Methodist Professor promoted our project and disseminated its activities in a methodical action. This activity was attended by 45 teachers teaching in kindergartens in Ploiesti.

Preparing an Erasmus + corner for outdoor education in the school garden, where students, teachers and families will add materials. The activity is still in progress and we had some parents volunteers who helped us.

After finding our school in Google maps, exploring our yard, doing a tour around our school with many stops for observing, playing and drawing in our garden… we created a 3d model of our school building and yard with recycled and natural materials.

We painted the trees in the kindergarten courtyard. It was a collective work in which the students made a banner where they painted with beautiful colors the trees of our garden in autumn.

We organized various sporting events for our students. One of the activities was called the “Ball at Captain”, where the teacher and his students went out into the yard of the kindergarten and played with the ball. Another day we organized an activity which was called the ” Little Pedestrian”. The children practiced the application of traffic rules in their neighborhood. They were exercised as they walked. We emphasized : Correct crossing the streets and recognizing the pedestrian signs.

The students have made a 3D model of the kindergarten in which they have imagined how the Outdoor Erasmus+ corner for education will look. This 3D map was made by children and their teachers with natural materials from our garden.

We created together with our students 3dimensional models of our schoolyard. We assembled them with garden’s materials: leaves, little piece of wood, dry berries and recycled material (box of tea, carton packs…), modeling clay.

We had fun!!!

In our beautiful garden we organized different outdoor activities. We got ready to explore our yard, we took our explorer’s material, we worked outside and we collected natural materials. Then every student created his terrarium. Also we drew Fall’ faces with hair made of fallen leaves.
