The team from Romania organized on October 18, 2017, a thematic excursion in Bucov Park near Ploiesti. This was attended by 70 pre-school children from our kindergarten, 40 parents, and six teachers.

The purpose of the activity was to collect materials from nature. Children helped by teachers and parents gathered leaves of different shapes, sizes, colors, chestnuts, acorns and fir cones. The materials gathered by the children were used in the mathematical work organized by their teacher in the park. All participants enjoyed the beauty and the warm of that day of autumn.

On Friday, October 20th, our children and teacher moved the classroom to the garden yard. They worked in micro groups with some of the materials collected in the Bucov park and made works of art about the autumn season.
