Earth Day

Earth Day celebrates the day Earth was born. In other words, it is Earth’s birthday. Earth Day is on April 22nd. It was an idea which started in San Francisco, California in 1970.

This day is a special day dedicated just for Earth. People join together  from different countries all over the world, in the celebration of Earth day every year.

Earth Day is considered to be the largest and most celebrated environmental event worldwide. On this day people, remember to respect nature by learning and understanding ways, how to appreciate, preserve and keep this planet clean for humanity.
