09:45— 10:45 Interactive theater ” You are not one of us!“ with Coordinator and teacher of the Professional Course in Psychosocial Support, Luís França

10:45 – 11:00 Coffee Break

11:00 – 12:00 Follow-up session of theInteractive theatre

12:00—13:00 Lunch to know Portuguese gastronomy near school

13:10 – 17:00 Guided tour done by Maria Barbosa to city center to know the old neighbourhoods (Alfama, Castelo, Baixa and Rossio)

 

01st July, Tuesday

09:30 – 10:30 Workshop “Words that hurt” with Catarina Rodrigues, Teacher of EPAR

10:30 –11:45 Coffee Break

11:45 – 12:30 Follow-up session of the workshop

12:30—13:45 Lunch to know Portuguese gastronomy near school

14:00 – 15:00 Meeting with partners (evaluated what has been done till the moment, prepare next mobility)

10:00 Arriving to Palácio Nacional da Pena

10:15 – 12:00 Visit the National Palace of Pena which is a brightly colored Romanticist hilltop palace in Sintra, Portugal, overlooking lush forests and the Atlantic coast.

12:15 – Departure to Cabo da Roca

13:15 Departure toAzenhas do Mar, whichis a small whitewashed village perched dramatically on seaside cliffs in Sintra, Portugal, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

13:40 – 14:50 Lunchat Água e Sal, in Azenhas do Mar

14:50 Departure to Sintra

15:30-17:30 Visit village of Sintra,a historic town near Lisbon, set in lush green hills dotted with palaces, castles, and romantic gardens. It blends fairy-tale architecture, misty forests, and Atlantic views, making it one of Portugal’s most enchanting destinations.

17:30 – Back to Lisboa

 

03rd July, Thursday

09:30 – 10:30 Workshop “Peer mediation practice” with Coordinator and teacher of the Professional Course in Psychosocial Support, Luís França

11:45 – 12:15 Follow-up session of the workshop

12:15— 12:30 Attendance Certificate Ceremony

12:30—13:30 Lunch near school

13:35 – Trip to Óbidos by Public Transportation (Bus one hour to Óbidos)

The medieval town of Óbidos is one of the most picturesque and well preserved in Portugal.

09:30 – 10:45 Workshop “5 SEL competencies (Social and Emotional Learning)” with Joana Terra da Motta, Ph.DProfessor at Europeia University
