1. In Portugal there is a culture of recycling and environmental sensitivity. We also saw that recycling can be creative and can be fun and part of a job.
2. There is a company that takes on and collects all medical waste and recycles and manages it.
3. Waste management is overseen at a state level and supervised by engineers, doctors and computer scientists. They use a method called SANPACK.
4. In Portugal we understood that waste management and recycling can become part of a people s culture and we hope that this will also happen in Greece. We also understood that medical waste management can be organized by the state, in every hospital.
5. Companies in Portugal are interested in the circular economy and recycling.
6. Τhere is awareness among the people about recycling, about clean environment about circular economy. Artificial intelligence also helps.
