Blogging in the UK
Sotiria is a Greek student who takes a summer course in England. She thought she was good at English, until she sets foot in Britain. Her Greek accent, the British accent, other foreigners’ accent of English, as well as cultural misunderstandings, all give her a hard time when she tries to communicate in this “funny land.” A comic presentation of typical mistakes that Greek learners make when they speak English, with a bit of cultural insight about Britain.
