Γενικά η πρώτη συνάντηση στο Ιταλικό σχολείο του Όρτε κρίνεται ιδιαίτερα επιτυχής και θεωρούμε πως σε μεγάλο βαθμό πέτυχε τους στόχους της. Κατ’ αρχάς υπήρξε μια πρώτη αλλά ουσιαστική γνωριμία των εκπαιδευτικών από τέσσερις διαφορετικές χώρες, οι οποίοι ανταλλάξαμε εμπειρίες όχι μόνον όσον αφορά το εκπαιδευτικό σύστημα των χωρών μας και το έργο μας ως εκπαιδευτικοί αλλά και τον τρόπο ζωής στη χώρα μας, τις συνθήκες εργασίας μας, τους στόχους των μαθητών μας. Αυτό ήταν ιδιαίτερα σημαντικό για όσους από εμάς συμμετείχαμε για πρώτη φορά σε ευρωπαϊκό πρόγραμμα. Στη συνέχεια μας δόθηκε η ευκαιρία να προγραμματίσουμε τις επόμενες συναντήσεις των εκπαιδευτικών συντονιστών αλλά και εκείνες που θα πραγματοποιηθούν με τη συμμετοχή των μαθητών μας. Η ανταλλαγή απόψεων και ιδεών σχετικά με το θέμα μάς κατέστησε πιο έτοιμους να προσανατολίσουμε σωστά τους μαθητές μας τόσο στους κύριους στόχους του προγράμματος (κοινωνική επιχειρηματικότητα και καλές πρακτικές) όσο και στους δευτερεύοντες αλλά εξίσου σημαντικούς, όπως η ουσιαστική γνωριμία μεταξύ των ευρωπαίων μαθητών, η ανταλλαγή εμπειριών, η φιλοξενία. Είχαμε την ευκαιρία να παρακολουθήσουμε την παρουσίαση από δυο ομάδες μαθητών του Ιταλικού σχολείου δυο υλοποιημένων «κοινωνικών επιχειρήσεων» και στη συνέχεια να παρουσιάσει η κάθε ομάδα εκπαιδευτικών τις δικές της σκέψεις – προτάσεις δραστηριοτήτων για τους μαθητές μας. Συνοψίζοντας πιστεύουμε πως η πρώτη μας αυτή συνάντηση προοιωνίζεται και την τελική επιτυχία των στόχων του προγράμματος. (Σύνταξη κειμένου: Μαλούκος Ι.)
Evaluation of the meeting
In general, the first meeting at the Orte Italian School is highly successful and we believe that it has largely achieved its objectives. First of all, there was a first but substantial acquaintance of teachers from four different countries, who shared experiences about the educational system of their countries, their work as teachers, their working conditions, the goals of their students and the way of living in their country. This was particularly important for those of us who participated for the first time in a European project. We were then given the opportunity to plan the next staff and study meetings of our students. The exchange of views and ideas on the subject made us more ready to properly orient our students to the main objectives of the project (social entrepreneurship and good practices) and to the secondary but equally important ones, such as meaningful acquaintance among European pupils, the exchange of experiences and the hospitality. We had the opportunity to attend the presentation of two implemented «social enterprises» by two Italian students’ groups. In the end each partner country presented their own ideas and suggestions for activities for our students. To sum up, we believe that our first meeting is a prerequisite for the final success of the program’s objectives.
