Congratulations Erasmus+ for an incredible 37 years of promoting education, culture, exchange transformative experiences for students, teachers and educators all across Europe.

Τι είναι η Ευρωπαϊκή Εβδομάδα Προγραμματισμού;Η Ευρωπαϊκή Εβδομάδα Προγραμματισμού είναι ένα κίνημα βάσης που το διαχειρίζονται εθελοντές και το υποστηρίζει η Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή. Οποιοσδήποτε (σχολεία, εκπαιδευτικοί, βιβλιοθήκες, όμιλοι-κοινότητες προγραμματισμού, επιχειρήσεις, δημόσιες αρχές) μπορεί να οργανώσει μια εκδήλωση στο πλαίσιο της #CodeWeek και να την προσθέσει στον χάρτη στον ιστότοπο codeweek.eu. Η Εβδομάδα Προγραμματισμού της ΕΕ στοχεύει στην ενσωμάτωση της κωδικοποίησης, της υπολογιστικής σκέψης και του ψηφιακού γραμματισμού σε εκπαιδευτικά περιβάλλοντα και στην προώθηση νέων ιδεών, φέρνοντας κοντά άτομα με κίνητρα.
Όπως αναφέρει η Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή στην επίσημη ιστοσελίδα της σχετικά με την σημασία του προγραμματισμού :
“Η εκμάθηση προγραμματισμού ενισχύει τη δημιουργικότητα, διδάσκει στους ανθρώπους να συνεργάζονται πέρα από τα φυσικά και γεωγραφικά όρια αλλά και να επικοινωνούν σε μια παγκόσμια γλώσσα. Αποδεικνύει ότι τεχνολογία είναι μέρος της καθημερινότητάς μας.”
