An Earth Day Story from the 10th Helioupolis Primary School

As part of their environmental project work, the 6^th Graders of the 10^th Helioupolis Primary School participate in the celebrations organised around the world for Earth Day 2015 on April 22^nd and present a short Radio Show (15’ long) that includes an Earth Day Story and Earth Songs by American artists and environmentally themed music by a Greek artist. “What can I do?” is an Earth Day story read by two 6^th Graders. It can be found in the 6^th Grade English Language coursebook used in State Primary Schools. By means of the story, the children argue for the view that “even though we can’t change everything we can make a difference by doing little things that matter”
