In unit 7 (Think Teen 3, page 78), students are given a number of idioms with colours (e.g., black sheep, green fingers, etc.).
A good idea might be to invite students to work in groups of 4, ask them to choose one of the expressions and produce a drawing/collage/etc. that would illustrate it.
TeacherTube offers a variety of videos which could serve as exmples.
