ALBANIA

Κάτω από (Places) από στις 21-11-2011 και με ετικέτα

In our school there are a lot of students from Albania and we are friends with them.This is why we are writing this project.

Albania shares borders with Montenegro, Kosovo, F.Y.R.O.M and Greece. It is located in the N.W. of Greece. The capital city is Tirana.

Albania is a mountainous country but it has got large plains.The highest mountain is Korab(2753m) at Dibra. In the west there is  the Ionian sea.

The weather in Albania is cold in winter and warm in summers. The people of the country eat dradhanik, kurabie, bakllava,ravani and qumeshtore. The people have got a lot of problems. The two  biggest of these are unemployment  and  natural disasters.

This is why we are writing this project. We believe Albania is a beautiful country.

    Nice text guys!!! It seems to me that many Albanian sweets have the same names like sweets we make in Greece such as baklava, ravani, kourabie. Do you know why?
