Eating habits

We all know that it is important to eat healthily.We also know which kinds of food and drinks are good and which are bad for us. For example, we know we should eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables every day and that we should avoid  junk  food like crisps, chocolate and biscuits.

Unfortunately, young people nowdays do not care about what they eat.Most of them say that, when they can choose their  own meals, they choose fast food, hambugers and chips, and of course soft drinks like coca-cola.

Unfortunately only a small number of teenagers like home-cooked meals. Chocolates, sweets and ice cream,which are all full of sugar, are the favourite snacks of many teenagers.This is a bad habit for teenagers.
