I’d  like to meet Isaac Newton because he was a very good mathematician. He was born in January 4, 1643 and the place of his birth was London. He studied in the University of Cambridge and Trinity College. And finally, he died in March 31, 1727 and the place of his death was England.

I would like to meet Nelson Mandela, because he was the first black democratically eclected president of South Africa. He was born in 1918 at the Mzevo and he is still alive at the age of 95. Before the eclection he was a member of ANC (African National Congress). He was inprisoned for 27 years by the regime of the white people. His release in 1990, marked the beginnings of profound changes in the African state, which led to the fall of the racist regime.

Albert Einstein was born on 14 March and he died on April 10, 1955. He was popular from the Theory of Relativity and he was awarded the Nobel prize for physics in1921.

Pablo Picasso was  a famous Spanish painter. He was born  in 25 October 1881 and he died in 8 April 1973 . He was an important Spanish painter of the 20th century with George Braque.

Neil Armstrong was born in Wapakoneta in 1930. He was the first man who walked on the moon on 1969 of July and said «That’s one small step for man one giant leap for mankind
He died on 25 August 2012 at the age of 82.

Manos Hatzidakis was a famous Greek composer and theorist of Greek music.He was born in Xanthi, in 1925. His first work was the tune for the song «Paper Moon» («Χάρτινο το Φεγγαράκι»). Because his parents were divorced, he was forced to work from a young age. Ιn 1961, he won the Oscar for Best Song, with his song »The children of Piraeus» (»Τα Παιδιά του Πειραιά»). He died in Athens,on 15 June 1994, aged 68.

Odysseas Elytis was born in Heraklion Crete in 1911. He published his first poem in the journal New Letters. In 1948 he moved to Paris.He died in Athens in 1996 at the age of 84.
Odysseas Elytis was a member of the Association of Greek Art Critic. He was one of the most famous poets. Translations of his poetry are published in eleven languages.
