PAIR WORK (SABINA & ANGELA)
Last Sunday I went to a clean-up expedition with my friend Angela. We went up mountain Imittos. As we were picking rubbish from the ground just at the foot of the mountain, we saw two medium-sized turtles. They seemed to have been lost as they were near a street. One of them was injured and the other one had lots of bugs on its shell. We were sad about them. So we decided to throw away the bugs and take them back to the forest.
- PAIR WORK (KONSTANTINOS & GEORGE)
Two brothers, called George and Kostas, were walking on the beach of Zakynthos. After a while, they saw something surprising. There was a nest full of caretta-caretta babies and a fox was ready to eat them. The two boys caught a stick and threw it onto the fox. They didn’t want to hurt the fox, they just wanted to scare it. And indeed the fox got really scared and left in a hurry. Without a doubt, the two brothers saved the babies and they made a difference!
