The school was built in 1990 and housed the Multisectoral Lyceum of Karditsa. It is located at the end of Nicolaos Temponeras street and has a common party wall with the EKFE and the 5th High School of Karditsa, with which jointly use the same courtyard. Two large halls of the building are offered to the TEI and are used for the educational needs of its department in Karditsa.
CLASSROOMS, LABORATORIES, AUXILLIARY SPACES
CLASSROOMS
The school has 18 classrooms with a capacity of up to 25 students per classroom and two classrooms used in the building that houses the EKFE. Also, exists and operates a modern library with computers, projector, TV, video and lending library.
AUXILLIARY SPACES
There is an interior space which is configured to be used for school events with a microphone installation. There is also a small kitchen available, for the needs of the teaching staff.

LABORATORIES
At the school area operate the following laboratories
1. Computer Lab belonging to the school structure
2. Three computer labs belonging to the structure of the Laboratory Centre of Karditsa.
The school is also supported by the Laboratory Centre of Karditsa.
The laboratories of the Department of Agriculture and a laboratory of Economics and Management that are located on its space , are used by our school.
COURTYARD
At the school operates a canteen with a space where students can sit outside and a shelter. The canteen is used in common with the 5th High School of Karditsa.
In the courtyard there is an organized space with flowers, ornamental plants and trees.
There are two basketball courts, two volleyball courts, tennis and handball courts.
Inside the school there is a table for table tennis.
