Κατηγορία 2nd Primary School of Akrata, Events, Food pyramid project 2013-2014, Song, Video , στις 1 Απριλίου 2014 από Lenia KThe big day came at last!Yesterday morning, a children’s book writer, Mrs L. Denezaki, visited our school. Each class presented the writer’s books either through drama, art, music or language games.
Class C’ closed the school show performing their song and put a smile on everyone’s face! Here they are performing their song:
The song, of which the lyrics and choreography were prepared by the pupils themselves, was the result of a project inspired by the book ‘Φράουλες, βατόμουρα και τρεις σταγόνες μέλι’ (written by L. Denezaki and E. Papavenetiou) and lasted approximately a month. During the project the pupils learned lots of food themed vocabulary, made food masks, played games and learned all about the Food Guide Pyramid in English.
